Refund Policy退款政策

Everything on game.ashpaw.com is currently free, so there is nothing to refund yet. This policy applies once paid games or memberships are offered.

14-day refunds

If you are not happy with a purchase, ask for a refund within 14 days of paying and you will get your money back in full — no questions asked.

Memberships

You can cancel a membership at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for and will not renew. A refund for the current period follows the 14-day rule above.

How to ask

Reply to your receipt email, or contact our payment provider (for example Paddle, which handles orders as merchant of record) using the link in the receipt. You can also write to hello@ashpaw.com. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

对购买不满意，在付款后 14 天内申请即可全额退款，不需说明理由。

会员

会员可随时取消，已付费的期间结束前仍可使用，到期不再续费。当期退款按上述 14 天规则处理。

回复你的收据邮件，或通过收据里的链接联系支付服务商（例如作为记录商户处理订单的 Paddle）。也可以写信到 hello@ashpaw.com。退款会退回原付款方式。
